Lease Purchase

Lease Purchasing is the fastest and best way for an investor to make real money in real estate. I have looked at many ways and Lease Purchasing allows the least risk with the fewest dollars to get started. The problem with it is that it can appear complicated. I think that you can learn it solely through a book. But learning wouldn't be as fast and there would be no one to turn to if you did not understand. My best analogy here is like algebra. I understood it in class and with a tutor but had difficulty doing it with just the book… I started college algebra 4 times.
